What's your brew recipe?
- For filter, I recommend using a v60-style dripper, I would start with a 15g gram of coffee to 250g of water. Divided into 4 equal volume pours and aim for a total draw down time of 2:15-30 (faster for naturals and slower for washed)
- For espresso, I recommend a 1:3 ratio around 30 seconds. If you are adding milk I recommend tightening up the ratio closer to 1:2 ratio.

How long should I rest my coffee for?

Generally my coffee peaks around 3-4 weeks, so I recommend opening them around 2 week's mark to finish the coffee at optimal flavor.

When do you ship your coffee?
- I roast on the weekend and ship them Monday.
