Story: Marshasha is a second-generation coffee grower who originally comes from Yirgacheffee where the family has several coffee plantations and washing stations.
His agriculture degree at Addis Ababa University helps him understand coffee's biological side, which could be a useful resource for his work. Gedeb has been chosen because of its incredible conditions for growing coffee. The high altitude microclimate, soil and all the different plant varieties. Marshasha has been putting dedicated work into this farm to provide high-quality coffee and support farmers around his washing station.
