Nuguo + Immaculada Eugenioides

This coffee set is specifically designed for Josh's competition in the US National Brewers Cup. Unfortunately Josh didn't make it so we get to enjoy. It includes a bag/tube of Finca Nuguo 529-N-NF and a bag/tube of Inmaculada Anaerobic Natural Eugenioides. We recommend making a 50/50 blend of the two coffees, leading to notes of Pinot Noir, Strawberry and Roses. The finish is exceptionally elegant.
